Service scope
RevLeak OS helps businesses organize old quotes, unpaid invoices, missed follow-ups, recovery actions, proof reports, and payment/onboarding workflows.
During pilot phases, any recovery estimates are directional. They are not guarantees of revenue, bookings, collections, or business outcomes.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate quote data, confirming they have permission to contact leads, reviewing every outbound message, and honoring opt-out or do-not-contact requests.
Customers must not use RevLeak OS to send deceptive messages, impersonate people, manipulate reviews, upload data they are not allowed to use, or bypass consent requirements.
Payments and third-party services
RevLeak OS uses hosted checkout and payment-provider tools where possible. The app should not store raw card numbers.
Third-party services such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, email providers, hosting platforms, and AI providers may have their own terms and data processing rules.
Paid-pilot note
RevLeak OS currently operates managed paid-pilot workflows. These pages describe product guardrails and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broader self-serve launch.
